Holiwise is an AI-powered platform, leveraging in-house machine learning models to reinvent the premium travel experience. Holiwise is looking for a Sales Associate to join its rapidly growing team. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy from an early stage. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to high-net-worth clients and revenue generation, with significant growth potential as the company scales.

The founding team brings experience from Goldman Sachs, Spotify, Microsoft and Barclays Investment Bank. Holiwise recently raised $1.7M from senior executives at Google, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Barclays and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound sales efforts, including lead generation, outreach and pipeline management
  • Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand their preferences and advise on tailored travel experiences
  • Convert leads into paying customers through structured sales processes and strong relationship building
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised and concierge-level customer experience
  • Manage inbound enquiries with professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy, messaging and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant bachelor degree
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong commercial instinct and interest in sales, startups and the travel industry
  • Highly driven with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging high-value clients
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
  • Prior experience in sales, hospitality or client-facing roles is a plus
