The predicted salary is between 13 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking for up to ten staff to join our existing team of experienced industry freelancers. Applicants should have demonstrable experience of working on live events, ideally within Ticketing or Admissions (e.g. ushering, stewarding or box office). You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers during events, welcoming ticketholders and resolving any ticketing or seating issues that arise on entry or inside the venue.

Please note, this is an on-site role requiring outdoor working. Event staff will be offered role specific training, shadowing shifts and on-site inductions to work with our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Interviews will only be offered to candidates with relevant experience of working in Ticketing/Visitor Services/Admissions roles in Events venues.

Closing date: Monday 16th March

Interviews: (online only) weekday, evening and weekend time slots will be offered w/c 30th March.

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.45-£15.00 per hour
