About the Role:
HolisTix are seeking an experienced Event Ticketing Manager to join an exciting new venue project in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the planning, setup, and delivery of ticketing operations for a high-profile venue hosting a diverse programme of events. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the venue team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of ticketing operations, ensuring events are set up accurately, delivered efficiently, and supported by best-in-class reporting and customer service processes. This position will commence in August/September on an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of extension as the project develops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end ticketing setup and management for events at the new venue.
- Build, configure, test, and maintain events within ticketing systems.
- Manage event inventory, pricing structures, holds, allocations, and on sales.
- Coordinate with promoters, event organisers, venue management, and ticketing providers to ensure all ticketing requirements are delivered accurately.
- Monitor ticket sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage ticketing timelines and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Oversee event day ticketing operations and resolve any ticketing-related issues.
- Support the development and implementation of ticketing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant ticketing, financial, and data protection requirements.
- Assist with operational planning for upcoming events and venue launches.
About You:
You will be an experienced ticketing professional with a strong background in live events, entertainment, sports, venues, or festivals. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in event ticketing management.
- Strong working knowledge of ticketing platforms and systems.
- Experience managing ticketing operations for high-profile events.
- Excellent understanding of event cycle, inventory management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Numbers.
Desirable:
- Experience working with new venue openings or high-profile venue projects.
- Knowledge of ticketing integrations and CRM systems.
- Experience working directly with event organisers, rights holders, or venue operators.
