Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We work directly with our clients to address these obstacles, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees, and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer, and are happier and more productive in their roles.

Holistic uses data to build customized solutions and leverage technology to help take our clients to new heights. The position will include data analysis, report writing, and the construction of the infrastructure for the new business. The data analyst will work closely with the data and client teams to understand the employee life cycle and make data-driven choices. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, excited person, passionate about Holistic’s values, and focused on making an impact.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Build and maintain data pipelines from various data sources (ATS/HRIS) to feed into different analytics tools
  • Help maintain data security and accuracy with sensitive data
  • Leverage multiple data sources to create customized dashboards based on client requirements
  • Partner with client managers to support client’s data needs and streamline report writing
  • Participate in big picture thinking and managing data projects/project roadmap design

Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science or a related technical field
  • A passion for mining data to identify and solve problems
  • Skilled in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite, and SPSS
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau
  • Willingness to grow and learn new technical skills
  • Attention to detail, commitment to producing clean, timely work, and strong organizational skills
  • Optimistic and positive attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
