Job Overview

Holistic’s business development associate will work closely with the CEO to identify, engage and secure clients for Holistic. The business development associate will be focused on supporting the client attraction process in every fashion, including the preparation of materials, follow-up process, contract generation, and initial client onboarding processes. We are looking for a creative, passionate and results-focused employee with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for helping others and fostering strong, equitable and fair employee experiences.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Preparing proposals and supplemental materials for potential clients
  • Renewal support and upselling
  • Light scheduling and expediting work to move the sales process forward
  • Follow-ups, including setting up follow-up calls and meetings and identifying the appropriate timing to follow-up with potential clients
  • Managing our sales pipeline using technology products
  • Working with our communications and design team to design marketing materials that will help the sales process
  • Keeping track of success and failure and measuring key statistics around the business development process
  • Participating in some meetings and client calls
  • Identifying new leads and working to understand the potential client base for Holistic’s products
  • Attending networking events and other public forums to identify potential clients and get the word out about Holistic
  • Generally supporting the entire Holistic team in creating a smoother and more evolved business development experience

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, timely work
  • Optimistic and positive attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done
