Qualifications/Knowledge A degree in a relevant field Experience in marketing and communications strategy and implementation Experience in management Experience of relevant analytical platforms Knowledge of online marketing channels Familiarity with web design Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Key skills Strategic development Organisation & Planning Assessment, planning, monitoring, reviewing and evaluation Excellent copywriting Comfort with creative content (text, image and video) Excellent communication Analytical Managing multiple priorities Experience Prior experience as a Marketing Strategist Prior experience working in the charitable sector Prior experience managing the creation and dissemination of content Prior experience with metrics web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing Proficiency with content management systems and analytic softwares
What will you be doing?
As the Health and Wellbeing Hub Marketing & Communications Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our marketing and communications strategy. You will increase brand awareness, engage audiences through engaging content, drive traffic and enable the success of increased sales and fundraising. Your strategy should reach multiple audiences, across multiple omni channels including PR, web, social media, e-comms and print to increase engagement amongst partners, supporters and donors. This role combines management responsibilities with being passionately hands on and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is pro actively practical with adapting to changing markets and is able to lead with creative initiative to get things done effectively.
