We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered Solo service in Southport. Ideal candidates will work alongside our management team. Level 2 Diploma in Children's Residential is desirable or working towards it. We require an individual for full-time hours; experience is desirable but not essential. We offer competitive rates of pay and pay for sleep-in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift. A driving licence is advantageous but not essential. Are you what we are looking for? Apply today.

Duties include:

  • Taking point on shift and leading by example.
  • Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
  • Training up new members of staff.
  • Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
  • Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
  • Assisting with the support and ensuring the adults' needs are always met.
  • Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.

Pay Structure:

  • No experience and during probation - £12.75 per hour.
  • After passed probation period - £13.00.
  • Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Children's Residential - £13.50.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential - £14.00.
