Role and Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and learning to use our business software.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately input data into various systems and databases. Maintain and update records, files, and documents. Ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Reception and Customer Service: Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with inquiries, direct phone calls, and provide basic information or redirect as appropriate.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Assist team members with projects, and other tasks as required.
