Deputy manager Role:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our 3-bed therapeutic childrens home. Who has potential aspirations to manage a home in the future. (all current registered managers roles are filled at present).
Working closely alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled care team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high standards of therapeutic care. You will assist in managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff development, and creating a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment where young people can thrive.

We offer an exceptional financial and benefits package designed to reward your commitment and hard work:
- Basic Starting Salary:£32,178 per annum, rising to £33,216 per annum following successful completion of your probationary period.
- Sleep-In Allowance: Paid at £80.00 per sleep-in. xgikmsk On average, staff complete 2 sleep-ins per week (subject to home needs), adding between £8,320 to £9,600 annually.
