Deputy manager Role: We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our 3-bed therapeutic childrens home. Who has potential aspirations to manage a home in the future. (all current registered managers roles are filled at present). Working closely alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled care team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high standards of therapeutic care.
