The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
A maintenance person is required three days a week including some Saturdays for this exclusive self catering holiday complex of 36 properties and associated facilities including an indoor swimming pool. Additional sickness and pre-arranged holiday cover will also be required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all the day to day maintenance tasks in the properties and grounds which may include some interior and exterior redecoration. He or she must also be customer focused with a welcoming professional manner, have an eye for detail and a good sense of humour.
