The Maintenance Team undertake the day-to-day maintenance of the park in accordance with Company policies, and in a manner which maximises the benefits of the facilities to holiday home owners and holiday guests. As Park Warden you will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks and all call outs during your working days, including out of hours work.
Responsibilities
- Undertake gas deliveries as required, in line with Company policy.
- Assist with the maintenance of buildings, holiday homes, grounds, fences, public areas and development sites as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Note and report any work requiring attention to the line manager promptly (e.g., burst pipes, dangerous steps, paths and services, etc.).
- Ensure all chargeable work undertaken is reported for invoicing in line with Company procedure and approved by the Purchasing Manager.
- Assist with minor repairs and other maintenance activities in line with your skills and professional competence such as drain downs and siting along with basic grass cutting.
- Assist in the implementation of legal and/or site rules in a diplomatic way and report failure to comply (e.g., speeding vehicles, dogs not on leads, etc.) and other reasonable requests from the General Manager.
- Serve the public courteously and efficiently, including effective handling of enquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are reported in accordance with company instructions.
