- Client & Sales Focused: Handle enquiries, conduct show rounds, convert leads to bookings, build client relationships, meet sales targets and see every challenge through to a successful outcome.
- Event Planning & Logistics: Create detailed event plans, function sheets, timetables; menus, and client needs bespoke for every meeting or event.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams who will trust you to utilise initiatives and support each other in delivering outstanding events for our clients who want to come back over and over again.
- On-Site Support: Meet your clients when they are in house, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high service standards as a team.
- Administration: Manage event database (OPERA), post charges for your events, process invoices, handle payments, and update records.
- Reporting: Prepare reports as requested, track budgets, and analyse performance to ensure we reach our targets across the M&E segments.

Minimum 4 years meeting and events sales office experience.
