Because you’re an outstanding Food & Beverage Assistant you’ll know exactly how to deal with such requests (believe me, there will be weirder) – this means you won’t be scared of the unknown, you’ll actually love it! You’ll also know Angela, (one of your favourite regulars) is partial to trying whatever special is on the menu, so she gives you the nod and you have it on order; but you’ll be just as passionate about ensuring each and every guest receives the same treatment, paying attention to those little details, that makes them leave with a smile.

What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Assistant:

  • Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their stay
  • Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
  • Engage, build and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
  • Being attentive to all guests and looking for opportunities to up-sell and make recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
  • Keeping up to date with hotel facilities, promotions and the local market area, so as to be able to effectively assist guests
  • Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.
