Food & Beverage Manager seeking progression? You’re someone who thrives under pressure. You'll constantly want to change things up a bit, finding innovative ways to put a smile on your customers' faces. You’ll be juggling both customers in our bar, such as Abi, who enjoys the relaxed atmosphere, Gin Club, and football on screen as her home away from home, in addition to Sandeep who loves to try our new, exciting specials to help him forget the miserable motorway journey here. What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager:
- Supporting with the provision of an outstanding food & beverage service
- Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
- Coaching, mentoring and leading your F&B team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences
- Working closely with your Operations Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
- Managing stock and labour margins against your P&L.
