We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to take ownership of food and beverage across our hotel and help shape outstanding guest experiences from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Food and beverage sits at the very heart of our hotels, and in this role you will lead all F&B operations, including the main restaurant, bar, room service and meetings and events. You will ensure high standards are delivered consistently, while creating welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable dining experiences for every guest.

How You’ll Make an Impact

This role combines commercial leadership with people‑centred management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong operational control, thoughtful planning, and a clear understanding of guest expectations. Alongside this, you will manage the F&B budget, produce accurate forecasts, and oversee labour planning in a way that supports both business performance and team wellbeing. Just as importantly, you will lead, inspire, and develop a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals. You understand that people perform at their best when they feel supported, valued, and clear about what is expected of them. Through consistent leadership, coaching, and encouragement, you will help create a confident, engaged, and high‑performing team.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who takes pride in balancing strong commercial results with a genuinely people‑centred approach to leadership. You’re likely to be a great fit if you:

  • Have solid experience managing food and beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Are motivated by creating exceptional guest experiences and understand the emotional impact great hospitality has on people.
  • Lead with clarity, fairness, and empathy, helping teams feel secure, supported, and confident in what’s expected of them.
  • Enjoy developing others, taking satisfaction in coaching, mentoring, and seeing your team grow and succeed.
  • Feel comfortable taking ownership of budgets, forecasts, and labour planning while keeping people wellbeing front of mind.
  • Bring calm, consistency, and structure to a busy operation, even under pressure.
