Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to deliver safe, welcoming and memorable experiences for guests during out-of-hours. Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will be a reassuring presence, uphold brand standards and support night operations.
You’ll welcome late arrivals, provide drinks at the residents’ bar, handle 24-hour food service, assist with night audits and ensure fire and safety compliance.
