We’re looking for a detail-focused and organised Finance Administrator to support the financial operations of the hotel.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring all financial processes are accurate, compliant and delivered on time, helping the hotel achieve its financial targets and maintain strong controls.

You’ll work closely with regional finance teams and Head Office, providing reliable financial information that supports decision‑making across the business.

About the Role

You’ll support all aspects of hotel finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial control across daily operations.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering accurate and timely financial administration to support hotel performance.
  • Inputting and reconciling daily revenue, including banking, credit cards and ledgers.
  • Reviewing Food & Beverage transactions, including voids and discrepancies.
  • Managing the sales ledger, including invoicing, receipts and BACS payments.
  • Chasing outstanding debts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing supplier invoices, ensuring correct authorisation and compliance with procedures.
  • Completing daily, weekly and monthly banking and reconciliation controls.
  • Supporting month-end processes and submitting finance packs within required deadlines.
  • Handling chargebacks, petty cash and financial queries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with PCI, GDPR and company financial controls.
  • Producing reports and responding to finance queries from stakeholders across the business.

About You

You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented and take pride in producing accurate work.

You’re comfortable working with numbers and processes, and you understand the importance of strong financial controls.

We’re looking for someone who brings

  • Experience in an administrative or finance‑related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
  • Good understanding of financial processes such as reconciliations, invoicing and banking.
  • Confidence working with systems, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
