Kew Green Hotels is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen operation, driving quality, efficiency and profitability while fostering a positive team culture. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will ensure compliance and deliver high standards of food and guest experience.
You will supervise the kitchen, manage budgets, stock, and supplier relations, and support recruitment, onboarding and development of Line Chefs to build a strong team.
