What you\'ll be doing as a Meetings and Events Operations Assistant
- Ensuring that all guests experience an outstanding level of service throughout their meeting and social event
- Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
- Engage, build and develop relationships with guests, assessing their needs and flexing style and approach appropriately
- Looking after our guests on a daily basis to assist them in their needs to run a smooth meeting or event
- Serving during banquets and functions, serving behind the bar.
- Setting up meeting rooms and preparing them ready for our guests arrival
- Responding promptly to guest complaints and finding ways to turnaround any negative feedback
- Looking for ways to deliver continuous improvements to the guest experience.
- Working as a part of our Roby1844 team, a canalside terrace, opening soon, serving food and drink to our guests.

The Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is a 4 star 298 bedroomed Hotel located in the City Centre, less than a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Railway Station, with 12 event rooms that cater up to 150 people, along with two canal side terraces for outside events.
