We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in creating a positive start to our guests’ day.

As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring food is presented attractively and served with care.

Your work will help guests feel nourished, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries and other breakfast items
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, with care and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, equipment and workstations
  • Support the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support a smooth and efficient service
  • Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained
  • Assist with the training and support of junior kitchen team members when required
