Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End is seeking a Reception/Bar Supervisor to oversee the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring guests receive excellent service throughout their stay.

You will manage the front desk, support the bar team, handle guest concerns, and manage reservations.

You will assist with staff training, refine guest service policies, and promote a high standard of service across Front Office and F&B, ensuring a first-class experience for every guest.
