The role of Maintenance Assistant involves helping to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid the smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Maintenance Assistant responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations.
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
- Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Responding to maintenance emergencies.
