We are looking for an energetic, people-focused leader to take ownership of the You Fit Leisure Club within our hotel. As Leisure Club Manager, you will inspire your team, elevate member experience, and drive exceptional operational and commercial results. This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager and plays a central part in shaping the club’s culture, performance, and reputation.

About The Role

You are accountable for the smooth, safe and commercially successful operation of the Leisure Club. Through proactive leadership, operational excellence and an unwavering focus on member experience, you will ensure all health, safety, financial and service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring all Health & Safety, pool plant, and legislative requirements are fully met, with exceptional standards of hygiene and compliance throughout the facility.
  • Delivering and managing company-approved fitness programmes, supporting behaviour change and driving Personal Training engagement.
  • Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly financial performance and taking decisive action to maximise revenue and membership headcount.
  • Driving new member sales through local outreach, innovative campaigns and exceptional engagement with prospects and current members.
  • Managing pool plant operations proactively, maintaining best practice across pool and spa facilities in line with company SOPs.

About You

You are an inspiring, hands-on leader with a passion for member wellbeing and operational excellence. You know how to motivate a team, create a welcoming environment and drive commercial success within a leisure or fitness setting. We’re looking for someone who ideally brings supervisory or managerial experience from the leisure, fitness, spa or wellness industry, alongside one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Pool Water Safety Qualification / Pool Responder
  • First Aid at Work
  • CIMSPA Fitness Professional (Level 2+)
  • Pool Plant Operator Qualification (Level 3)
  • Health & Fitness / Leisure Industry Qualification (Level 3+)
