The role

OurKitchen Assistants focus on supporting kitchen team in creating positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role reports to the Kitchen Manager.

Kitchen Assistant duties include:

  • Basic Food Preparation: When the kitchen is extremely busy, kitchen staff may ask you to support with basic food prep
  • Dishwashing: All dishes ranging from pots and pans to cutlery are either hand washed or loaded into the dishwasher
  • Delivery Organisation: You will be responsible for receiving deliveries and ensuring they are organised once in the kitchen
  • Storage Management: Storage must be organised so that all ingredients are easily accessible
  • Waste Removal: All waste bins are emptied, ensuring all waste is disposed of promptly
  • Material collection: If your Chefs need materials or ingredients, you will support by collecting them

Beyond that, you\’ll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.
