We are looking for a decisive, visionary leader to nurture the developing team at this 95-bedroom hotel by the beautiful village of Crick, just off junction 18 of the M1. With a solid understanding of hotel operations, you will lead from the front, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver outstanding experiences at every stage of the guest journey. This role reports to the Regional General Manager.

About the role

You are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the hotel and managing ongoing profitability. Guiding and nurturing your team, you ensure all revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets are met.

Duties include:

  • Managing budgets and controlling expenditure
  • Recruiting, training and managing hotel employees
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing laws, as well as maintaining property and amenities
  • Continuously improving business operations through standard procedures, maximising revenue and monitoring employee performance
