The role Our Leisure Club Assistants support in providing a successful Health & Fitness offering to members and guests, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living. The role reports directly to the Leisure Club Manager and is part of a team based from the Leisure Club in our attractive hotel.
Leisure Club Assistant - Cleaner responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Leisure Club
- Ensuring the club is always presented in the appropriate condition ensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed.
- Supporting the Club Management Team in relation to local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Clubs position in the community.
- Always demonstrating a pro‑active approach to Health & Safety and support the Club Management Team relating to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit.
This role is perfect for someone who is looking to demonstrate their skills and develop their career – someone who has some experience in the leisure/fitness/spa wellness industry, but this is not essential.
