This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, where you'll solve problems, prevent issues before they arise, and keep the hotel operating at its very best.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day maintenance operation, managing workloads and supporting your team.
- Deliver preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and protect hotel assets.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and supplier relationships effectively.
- Drive energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvements across the hotel.
- Provide clear updates to senior management and create a positive, solutions-focused team culture.
