Role Overview:
Our Nights Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe and outstanding experience during out-of-hours. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and involves working as part of a team in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the hotel in achieving brand and company metrics and objectives.
- Building and developing relationships with guests, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach accordingly.
- Recognizing and appreciating repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent hospitality.
- Maintaining high product and service knowledge about all IHG hotels in your region and promoting the hotel, products, services, and IHG to guests.
- Representing company values and ensuring service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role is preferred.
- Passion for outstanding customer service.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Comfortable using technology, including MS Office.
