Provide excellent guest relations and customer service

Manage and supervise front desk operations

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and maintain phone etiquette

Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed

Monitor and address any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
-
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure

Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures

Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
