Provide excellent guest relations and customer service

  • Manage and supervise front desk operations

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Ensure smooth operation of phone systems and maintain phone etiquette

  • Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed

  • Monitor and address any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
