As a Receptionist at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre, you will be given the opportunity to develop and make the most out of your career. What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?
- Making Guests Smile provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations
- Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
- Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
- Handling guest complaints in a calm and empathising manner
- Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay
- Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
- Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling
- Performing reservation arrival checks
