As a Meetings & Events Supervisor, you will be key in ensuring our day-to-day meetings, functions, banquets and events run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in managing departments, ensuring smooth-running of each meeting and event.
  • Leading the provision of an outstanding meeting and event management service.
  • Coaching, mentoring and leading your M&E team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding and bespoke service.
  • Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences, making them unforgettable.
  • Working closely with the Meeting & Events Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience.
  • Juggling each event, customer and guest whilst not missing any details.

  • You will already be established in Meetings & Events supervision, with an F&B background where you have looked after the MICE area.
  • You are seeking your next challenge within a forward-thinking, change-loving company.
  • Experience working in a hotel would be great, but this isn’t essential.
