We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our fun and highly successful team at Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre. You love being able to make each and every person's stay not only memorable but personal and you're able to do that because you understand the importance of the small details.
What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?
- “Making Guests Smile” – provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations
- Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
- Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
- Handling guest complaints in a calm and empathising manner
- Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay
- Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
- Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling
- Performing reservation arrival checks

You will already be an established Receptionist with hotel experience who lives, breathes and sleeps outstanding service. You will be able to work flexible hours on a shift basis including weekends and bank holidays.
