Food & Beverage Supervisor - Sevenoaks, Kent 32 hours per week over 4 days to include weekends and bank holidays Holiday Inn Maidstone Sevenoaks has 106 guest bedrooms. We offer a full a la carte menu in our restaurant, as well as bar meals and snacks in our large bar and lounge area. We also have a large academy area for business meetings, conferences and functions and are licensed to hold weddings. The hotel is ideally placed with link access to the M20 and M26. We are looking for a food and beverage supervisor to join our front of house team. The position is full time and permanent for 32 hours a week over 4 days, to include weekends and bank holidays. Overtime may be available. The role of a Food and Beverage supervisor includes but is not limited to: Ensuring that you and your team deliver the warmest welcome and friendly service to all our guests everyday. It is your job to help build and manage a team who put the guest at the heart of everything they do. You will help lead and develop a team who constantly deliver results and excel in guest relations. Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager take responsibility for the management and performance of the department. Supervise and manage the implementation of Food & Beverage standards and procedures. Ensure all team members are fully trained in on job skills and support their personal development/career path A confident demeanour, a friendly genuine smile and the ability to talk to customers from all walks of life are a must ! Previous experience working in food and beverage is essential and supervisory experience is preferred.
