Holiday Inn London West Hotel is a 4* Hotel in Acton, West London that has 225 beautiful Executive and Deluxe Rooms, 7 large Meeting Rooms, a Gym, Restaurant and Bar. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Guest Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage Department.
MAIN DUTIES
- Keep your line manager up to date with any problems and follow up where necessary.
- Supporting other team members where necessary.
- Follow cash and banking procedures.
- Promote the food and drinks offers by recommending from our menu and suggestively selling products to each guest.
- Pre-empt problems before they arise and resolve promptly when they do.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales.
