The role
Our Head Chef focus on creating positively memorable dining experiences for our guests. Through positive leadership of your brigade, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient, effective and profitable kitchen service that meets both budgeted GP and food safety and health and safety regulations.
The role reports directly to the General Manager / Operations Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel.
Other businesses may call this role Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, Head of Kitchen.

What you’ll bring to the team
- Demonstrable success as a Sous/Head Chef within a fast-paced environment, producing dishes from scratch
- Intermediate Food Hygiene as a minimum
