Food & Beverage Manager seeking progression? You’re someone who thrives under pressure and constantly wants to change things up, finding innovative ways to put a smile on your customers' faces. You’ll be juggling both customers in our bar, creating memorable experiences for them.

What you’ll be doing as a Food & Beverage Manager:

  • Supporting with the provision of an outstanding food & beverage service
  • Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
  • Coaching, mentoring and leading your F&B team with a trusting approach
  • Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to enhance their experiences
  • Working closely with your Operations Manager to find unique ways to further enhance guest experience
  • Managing stock and labour margins against your P&L
