Holiday Inn Shepperton is looking for an energetic Leisure Assistant to join our friendly and passionate team. Nestled in the peaceful Surrey countryside, just minutes from the River Thames and a stone’s throw from London, our hotel is a hidden gem for guests and team members alike.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting guests and members on their wellness journey, from their very first gym induction to helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Delivering our fitness classes with energy, enthusiasm & care (Training will be provided).
- Keeping our Leisure Club in top shape – clean, safe, and welcoming every single day.
- Assisting with personal training sessions and promoting health and fitness in a positive, encouraging way.
- Supporting sales efforts, new member sign-ups, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring we meet high standards in health & safety, and hygiene.
- Working with the team to deliver the best possible member experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping people.
- Experience in the leisure, fitness, or hospitality industry.
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (essential).
- Pool Responder/First Aid at Work – great if you have it, but we’ll help you get it if you don’t.
