As a Reservations Agent, you will be expected to:

  • Ensure our guests have a positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
  • Organise and follow up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to fulfil guest requirements.
