What we expect from you:

  • We are looking for a team player with great leadership skills who can communicate well with others
  • Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems and OPERA
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
  • Minimum 1 year Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager experience within hospitality industry is a must

As a Maintenance Manager you will:

  • Ensure the execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme
  • Manage and monitor all utilities and ensures its effective operation
  • Being the Health and safety representative for the building
  • Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audit to ensure compliance
  • Ensure all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard
  • Supervise, train and develop maintenance team members
