Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Nights Guest Service Assistant to support overnight operations at our Lincoln property. You will welcome late arrivals, assist guests discreetly in reception, provide drinks from the residents’ bar, and prepare meals from the 24-hour menu to ensure a smooth night shift.
Reporting to the Nights Guest Service Manager, you will help maintain brand standards, safety and guest satisfaction, and assist with the night audit and post-shift setup.
