This role is all about delivering an outstanding service to guests during the night, ensuring safety, hospitality, and a memorable experience. You will support the hotel in achieving its performance metrics and objectives, working with an incredible Guest Services team.

What you’ll be doing as a Guest Service Assistant:

  • Ensuring all guests experience outstanding service during out-of-hours
  • Providing a safe visit, exceeding expectations around cleanliness
  • Engaging with late check-in guests, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach
  • Looking for opportunities to up-sell and enhance guest experiences
  • Demonstrating sales skills in bedroom, M&E, and F&B offerings, including recommending upgrades and dining options
  • Responding to guest complaints and turning negative feedback into positive experiences
  • Processing reservations accurately via phone or walk-in
