The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responding to telephone enquiries as per club procedures.
  • Carrying out beauty treatments as booked by clients, including:
    • Facials
    • Back, neck, scalp, full body and deep tissue massage
    • Body sculpting and other detox therapies
    • Hand, nail and foot grooming
    • Eyebrow shape and tint
    • Aromatherapy
    • Manicure and pedicure
    • Hair removal
  • Undertaking cleaning duties in the treatment room.
  • Reporting all disciplinary and grievance matters immediately to the Manager.
  • Ensuring customer supplies and accessories are replenished as required.
  • Reporting lost property in line with Hotel’s Policy.
  • Communicating maintenance issues to a Duty Manager on duty.
  • Attending training and departmental meetings as requested.
  • Following all health, safety and hygiene requirements when undertaking tasks throughout the Hotel.
  • Taking care of all Hotel equipment required to carry out duties and reporting defects immediately.
  • Reporting any matters concerning the Security of the Hotel to a Duty Manager on duty.
  • Reporting all Health & Safety hazards found in Guest Areas (corridors, staircases etc.) immediately to a Duty Manager.
  • Reporting all accidents to a Duty Manager on duty.
  • Arriving for work at the time specified on the Rota, correctly dressed for duty, as per the laid down procedure.
  • Ensuring all provided work tools/equipment are well maintained and in proper functional order.
  • Ensuring safety and return of all keys in possession.
  • Completing a job of the day in every area daily.
  • Minimising wastage at all opportunities.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Actively promoting the sale of beauty products in conjunction with beauty treatments.
  • Planning and achieving department retail sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Monitoring and reviewing sales against target.
  • Analysing and reviewing business performance for each treatment/product, identifying opportunities and development areas.
  • Promoting the hotel and its facilities to in-house and prospective guests and liaising with the sales and marketing department.
  • Safeguarding revenue by controlling allowances and discounts in accordance with hotel procedures.

Customer Relations:

  • Demonstrating service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards, including:
    • Being attentive to guests.
    • Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests' requests.
    • Understanding and anticipating guest needs.
    • Maintaining a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guests' experience.
    • Demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations.
    • Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Responsible for all payments made for beauty therapy treatments/products.
  • Recording details of all treatments taken for each client.
  • Taking responsibility for stock control accounting systems.
  • Taking responsibility for cashing up.
  • Ensuring that sales tracking data is completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Updating KPIs such as return appointments, link selling and file cards, and communicating results to the Department.
  • Ensuring that purchase orders are formulated and authorised correctly and in accordance with Company’s procedures.
