Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in assisting to achieve departmental goals and objectives and carry out assigned work by HOD’s and Supervisors.
- Actively engage in your own personal development to benefit the business and improve your personal skills – probationary period reviews, annual appraisals, attending training and development courses.
- Actively participate in weekly/monthly departmental meetings and any other meetings that you are required to attend.
- Actively participate in addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Primary Duties:
- Respond to enquiries from agents/clients by phone, fax, email.
- Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate person within the hotel.
- Continuously seek to improve the department's efficient operations and knowledge of your own job function.
- Participate in familiarisation trips and internal events as required.
- Follow all applicable laws and corporate standards and guidelines.
- Attend and participate in internal meetings and training as appropriate and requested.
