The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.

Responsibilities Proactively contribute to department success.

Explain products and services to customers to ensure the best choice.

Adhere to revenue capture procedures.

Minimise waste and promote an energy‑efficient culture.

Follow cash/floats procedures: count at start and end of shift, record in the float/safe book, and place the float in the cash till.

Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues throughout the hotel.

Respond to customer feedback (positive and negative) promptly and appropriately.

Maintain a positive personal image at all times.

Balance the needs of customers with organisational needs.

Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.

Handle table bookings according to departmental procedures.

Prepare, maintain, and clear front‑ and back‑of‑house service areas and equipment.

Assist in the maintenance of food displays.

Clean and store glassware, crockery, and cutlery per hotel procedures.

Clean food and beverage areas as required.

Prepare dining areas according to business requirements.

Take and serve drink orders using departmental procedures.

Prepare, take, and serve wine orders accordingly.

Monitor customer satisfaction during meals and take remedial actions as needed.

Report all customer feedback to the Team Manager or Supervisor.

Dispense food and drink requisitions from kitchen and bars per hotel procedures.

Adhere to Health and Safety Requirements, Food Hygiene Regulations, Licensing Laws, and the Data Protection Act.

Verify age requirements for service of alcohol.

Manage inventory, keep bar stocked, and clean bar supplies.

Process payments accurately.
