About the Role:
In this hands-on role, you'll support the management of our Front of House departments, stepping in for departmental managers as needed to keep the operation running seamlessly. You'll help ensure high levels of employee productivity and service excellence across departments such as Reception, Housekeeping, Leisure and Food & Beverage. Whether acting as the first point of contact for escalations, coaching the team through service delivery or solving day-to-day challenges, you'll be the calm in the storm, making sure every guest feels looked after and every shift runs smoothly.
