Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for. You’ll receive full training to work across guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
  • Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set‑ups, and banqueting.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
  • Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
  • Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
  • Experience is great, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
