Are you a confident hospitality professional who thrives on responsibility and enjoys leading a team? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Windsor.
This is more than a night shift — it’s a genuine leadership opportunity where you’ll have the autonomy to manage hotel operations, support our guests and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the night.
Your Responsibilities
As Night Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for hotel operations overnight
- Deliver a warm, professional and efficient guest experience
- Complete the night audit and ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and security
- Manage room allocations and reservation accuracy
- Carry out regular property checks
- Lead, support and motivate the night team
- Manage arrivals, departures and guest requests
- Respond confidently and calmly to unexpected situations
- Ensure IHG brand standards are maintained throughout the night
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel environment
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Confidence working independently
- Good knowledge of hotel systems and technology
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
