About the Role: The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
As a Guest Service Assistant (GSA), you\βll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience, you\βll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
In this multi-skilled role, you may also be involved in reservations, sales and revenue, preparing and serving food and drinks, and organising the conference and events facilities.
About You: You\βll have previous experience working within a hotel environment, preferably on Reception, and it would be advantageous if you had experience with Opera PMS.
