Our Guest Service Assistants are at the heart of the guest experience, making sure every visitor feels welcome and cared for.

You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, making this the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in hospitality.

This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager.

  • What you’ll do
  • Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
  • Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
  • Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
  • Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
  • What we’re looking for
  • A genuine passion for people and hospitality. Experience is great, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach. (You notice what needs to be done and make it happen!)
  • Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.
